Tom and Lania DeMers

Tom and Lania DeMers are the Owners of Rocky Mountain Realty Company, Inc.

Tom is a retired contractor who does an occasional home inspection for other agents and Lania has been selling in the Pikes Peak Region for about 12 years and enjoys finding speicial homes and fix and flip projects for her investor clientele. With Lania's eye for design and Tom's expertise in bidding remodel projects, they make the perfect team for finding properties with potential and profit in them. In addition to the investment market, the couple has extensive experience in the relocation market and have helped many, many happy customers to find their dream homes in the Colorado Springs area. When shopping for homes, children are always welcome to come along and since Tom and Lania have a wonderful 12 year old son, they realize how important it is that the children engage int he home buying experience as a family unit.
